Consultations on the structure of the CCMM-CSN
Description:
Following the congress resolution*, an advisory committee was created to consider the organization of our political work, particularly with regard to:
- the composition of the union council,
- the intra-regional representation of its affiliated unions,
- the fronts of struggle and their committees,
- the executive committee,
- the mobilization committee,
- the mobilization network, etc.
The committee has begun its work and wishes to consult with CCMM–CSN members.

Four consultation meetings are scheduled:
February 16, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., CSN multipurpose rooms

March 10, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Montmorency College, Room A1238
March 12, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in English, via Zoom

4.1 That the CCMM–CSN establish an advisory committee whose mandate will be to reflect on how its political work is organized, particularly with regard to the composition of the union council, the intra-regional representation of its affiliated unions, the fronts of struggle and their committees, the executive committee, the mobilization committee and the mobilization network, etc.
4.1.1 The advisory committee shall be composed of two members of the executive committee, including the chair, one member of the union council, one delegate from Nunavik or Eeyou Istchee Baie-James, two delegates to the CCMM–CSN general assembly, and the team coordinator.
4.1.2 The advisory committee shall report on its work to the general assembly during its term.
4.1.3 The committee shall propose amendments to the structure of the central council and to the CCMM–CSN bylaws and regulations in time for the 40th congress.
