Youth Committee
The Youth Committee’s goal is to organize initiatives that promote the interests of young people within unions and society at large. It strives to give young members a voice and encourage their active participation in their unions and workplaces. Bringing together individuals under 35, the committee offers information, training, and a space to share their experiences. It focuses on issues important to youth and develops mobilization efforts by and for young people. Engagement through union forums, thematic discussions, advocacy on current topics, and organizing mobilization events are all ways the committee fosters youth involvement in union life.
